The bench is essential for securely clamping the workpiece and feeding the material automatically. It consists of upper and lower cross carriages, precision ball screws, backlash-free gears, and precision linear guides. These components provide motion on an accuracy of 0.001mm per pulse. It is also built very sturdily, accurately, and to provide splash protection against fluids and chips.
Wire Transport Mechanism. It moves the electrode wire at a fixed linear speed with neat placement on the wire-storage drum. Bidirectional rotation of the drum and negligible radial and axial runouts plus insulation from the machine bed are the important features. The design is fully enclosed to avoid splashes from the fluids, thus facilitating clean and efficient operations.Control Systems Includes a fully enclosed cover to prevent fluid splashes.
