The 400GS3 model is a five-axis CNC wire cutting machine tool that is capable of electric Z-axis lifting and lowering. Among the machines of this type made in China, 400GS3 is the first servo mid-feeding wire cutting machine tool which attains processing stability with this structure.
The bed has a "T" configuration, and the work table, at the extreme left and extreme right, has zones where it is highly probable that it is "on" the bed. This substantially improved the stability of the machining process.
The entire machine has a "C" configuration for the tool which is more stable and ensures better retention of precision.
Linearly, all guide rails, ball screw and AC servo motor, are of foreign origin and are directly interconnected which results in higher accuracy and retention.
Control is maintained by AC servo drives on the X.Y axes.
