1. This machine is a high speed metal circular saw for general use. It is especially suitable for cutting various types of metal pipes and bars in high speed precisely.
2. The major controlling parts, like the HMI (human-machine-interface), servo motors, inverter, PLC,  are using products from International famous brand – Mitsubishi.
3. The cutting data and length of remnants are input in the HMI.
4. Machine could cut work piece in maximum diameter of 75mm.
5. Machine uses Mitsubishi AC servo motor together with high precision ball screw for workpiece feeding, featuring accurate feeding length. The single feeding stroke is 780mm. The operator could setup multiple feeding, so the cutting length is not limited.
6. Cutting tool on this machine is TCT circular blade with outside diameter of 285mm and thickness 2.0mm.
7. The main shaft speed could  be steplessly controlled to satisfy cutting different materials.
8. Cutting method is rocker type, driven by servo motor. The cutting rate could be adjusted freely.
9. The workpiece feeding system has slow positioning function.
10. The clamping vises adopts three points universal clamping method, which is suitable for clamp workpiece in different shapes.
11. For convenience of management, this machine has functions of out-of -stock shut off and automatic counter shut off.
12. To prolong the service life of saw blade, machine has quasi-dry cooling device special for the saw blade.
13. Machine has automatic lubricating device to lubricate the screw and guide ways at fixed times and quantity.
14. Machine has manual operation and automatic operation modes.
15. 15. The entire job circle, including workpiece feeding, clamping, cutting and out feeding, are automatically finished by the machine. The operator only need to load the workpiece to the roller table and collect the cut-off workpieces after cutting.

Assistant data:

1.The quantity of the saw blade should be subject the contract（standard is 1pc）.

2.For machine acceptance, the hydraulic oil, lubrication grease and other assistant materials are excluded.

3.The cable from the machine electric box to the power supply at the customer’s side should be offered by the user

4.The testing work-piece should be supplied by the user.
