The 500GS3 AC Servo Medium Wire Cutting Machine is tailored to maintain precision and effectiveness in complex machining while guaranteeing dependability.
Upgraded Model: The enhancement of the 500GS1 with five-axis CNC and four-axis linkage is the 500GS3 model.
The 500GS3 model still retain the former 's advanced features like micron-level "Z" axis Control, linear guide rails, and belt-driven motors which are then classified as 'Precision Design.'
The model is one of the first in China to feature such a design used for stable medium feeding wire-cutting which marks its Innovative Structure.
To achieve and maintain the model's intended purpose, it is equipped with German ZEISS 3D measuring devices for meticulous inspection, which fulfills the model's Quality Assurance.
